Founding partner cohort now forming
Your clients trust you to run their Azure.
StratoLens shows you what changed, what it costs, and who has access, across every client tenant, from your own.
When a client asks what changed, or why their bill moved, the answer is a lookup with the evidence attached. Client questions become minutes you bill, not hours you eat.
The problem
Commodity services get cheaper every year. Your margin pays for it.
The price-sheet squeeze
Patching, helpdesk, and routine admin converge to interchangeable price sheets. Every renewal gets a little thinner, and your team's real expertise gets billed at commodity rates.
One client question, five portals
"Is my Azure bill right?" means logging into that client's portal, pulling cost exports, and correlating activity logs by hand. Senior-engineer hours, none of them billable.
Break-fix with no change record
Something breaks and your team dives in. With no change record, finding the cause means digging through the portal and activity logs, subscription by subscription. The hours add up, and the client still wonders if it was you.
Evidence produced by hand
Regulated clients ask for access reviews and compliance evidence, and producing it manually takes days per client.
StratoLens is a self-hosted Azure visibility platform: cost, access, governance, and change tracking across every client tenant, run from your own.
Why self-hosted
No new vendor inside your client's trust boundary
StratoLens is self-hosted in your tenant. Client environments are scanned through a service principal, and everything collected is stored in your tenant, never a vendor cloud. When a regulated client runs their security review, there is no new third party to audit: only the MSP they already trust to run their Azure.
Go to market
Bake it in, or bill it as your own line
Baked into your managed service (the natural fit)
QBRs open with cost-quantified findings. Billing questions close with evidence instead of reassurance. Clients see what the service catches, in numbers, at every review.
Billed as your own line
You set the price and the packaging, under your own brand: a standalone visibility line, or part of a premium advisory wrap. The margin is yours.
Wholesale is per-tenant, volume-tiered, and deliberately low: StratoLens makes its money on partner volume, not partner margin. We walk the rate table with your real tenant numbers on the economics call. Billing runs through the Azure account you already have and burns down committed Azure spend.
What your reps walk in with
One customer environment gave up $14,100 a year of orphaned-resource waste within hours. Another had a resource that should have cost about $50 a month quietly billing roughly $1,500; StratoLens pinned the cause in about 30 minutes. Findings like these, ranked by what they cost, are what your team opens a client review with.
The plan
Pilot. Prove. Package.
Pilot. A 20-minute intro call to confirm tenant count and tier fit, then StratoLens running against 5 to 10 of your own client tenants. No tier commitment yet.
Prove. Walk the margin model with your real tenant numbers, and walk into a client review with a cost-quantified savings report.
Package. Sign founding terms and connect the client book from the one install in your tenant. Take it to market your way: baked into your managed service, or billed as your own line at your price.
Founding benefits
The founding cohort
We're signing a founding cohort of MSP partners. Eight commitments, in writing from day one:
- Named-account protection, contractual: we don't go around you
- Free instructor-led operator training for your team
- Co-selling: we help you win any way we can, including joining a client call to strategize a hesitant deal
- Co-branded case studies: we produce, you co-star
- Your logo on this page, linked back to your site
- Quarterly roadmap reviews and alpha access to new features
- A direct line to the founders: call, Teams, or email, no ticket queue
- A self-service partner portal for tier status, deal registration, and billing (coming soon)
Founding benefits won't outlive the founding cohort.
